Files fixed

Peter Foster at The Natural History Museum discovered some glitches in the source tree files (extra pairs of parentheses around some trees, duplicated taxon names in a few others). We've fixed these and uploaded new files (the links on the web site now point to these file). Not sure if these will affect the results, but if you're building a tree you may want to grab the latest copy of the data sets.
